Miss Rodeo Nevada 2026
McKinna Jackson
McKinna Jackson is a 24 year old native Nevadan proudly serving as Miss Rodeo Nevada. She was raised in Gardnerville, Nevada, and graduated from Douglas High School before continuing her education at Texas Horseshoeing School in Scurry, Texas, where she earned her farrier certificate. After gaining valuable experience away from home, McKinna realized her heart belonged in Nevada and returned to Gardnerville to build her future.
At just 19 years old, McKinna and her mother, Kim, purchased and began operating Mad Dog Cafe and Market. As a small business owner, McKinna understands the value of hard work, professionalism, and representing something bigger than herself, which she carries into her role as Miss Rodeo Nevada.
McKinna is an active competitor in both breakaway and team roping and has spent her life immersed in horses and rodeo. She is a strong advocate for the western way of life and takes great pride in representing the State of Nevada. Her passion for service is reflected through her volunteer involvement with the Reno Rodeo Foundation and Between Horses and Humans, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping youth build confidence, responsibility, and life skills through horsemanship.
With deep roots in Nevada, strong ties to the rodeo community, and a genuine love for her state, McKinna is honored to serve as Miss Rodeo Nevada and to share the traditions, values, and pride that make the Silver State unlike anywhere else.
