Annemarie Vogedes

A native Nevadan and raised in Reno, Annemarie Vogedes is the 24-year-old daughter of Ulrich and Linda Vogedes. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2022 with a Bachelors of Arts in Art, with an emphasis in digital media and a minor in journalism. While in college, Annemarie was a member of the Pi Beta Phi fraternity for women. She also competed on and served as the President of the University of Nevada Equestrian Team.

Annemarie delights in sharing her passion for horses, rodeo, art, and the western way of life. To this end, she has been a clinician for Washoe County 4-H clubs, a guest instructor with PRCA Rodeo 101 in Reno, and assisted with Special Kids’ Rodeos and Rodeo Kids’ Days.

When not loving on her horses, Gertrude and Geraldine, Annemarie enjoys creating art, camping, cooking, and traveling.

In the future, Annemarie hopes to combine her passion for horses, rodeo, and her love of art to educate and inspire others about the western way of life.
